Code of Practice & Useful information

The Code of Practice is designed to set out clearly what you can expect from us when taking a Brains tenancy and what we will expect of you. This clarity will help form a successful partnership that will enable each of us to develop and grow our businesses.

It also details your responsibilities and commitments under the terms of your agreement. The Code is supervised by the Pub Governing Body and replaces the Industry Framework Code Version 6 and any previous individual company codes.

Further information can be found in the British Beer & Pub Associations guide on running a pub.
